ۖ ۖ إِذْ دَخَلُوا عَلَى دَاوُودَ فَفَزِعَ مِنْهُمْ قَالُوا لَا تَخَفْ خَصْمَانِ بَغَى بَعْضُنَا عَلَى بَعْضٍ فَاحْكُم بَيْنَنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا تُشْطِطْ وَاهْدِنَا إِلَى سَوَاءِ الصِّرَاطِ

إِذْ

خَصْمَانِ

(We are) two litigants
بَغَى
bagha
has wronged
بَعْضُنَا
ba'duna
one of us
عَلَى
ala
to
بَعْضٍ
ba'din
another
فَاحْكُم
fa-uh'kum
so judge
بَيْنَنَا
baynana
between us
بِالْحَقِّ
bil-haqi
in truth
وَلَا
wala
and (do) not
تُشْطِطْ
tush'tit
be unjust
وَاهْدِنَا
wa-ih'dina
and guide us
إِلَى
ila
to
سَوَاءِ
sawai
an even
الصِّرَاطِ
al-sirati
[the] path
