وَلَقَدْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِيمَا إِن مَّكَّنَّاكُمْ فِيهِ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُمْ سَمْعًا وَأَبْصَارًا وَأَفْئِدَةً فَمَا أَغْنَى عَنْهُمْ سَمْعُهُمْ وَلَا أَبْصَارُهُمْ وَلَا أَفْئِدَتُهُم مِّن شَيْءٍ إِذْ كَانُوا يَجْحَدُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ
كلمة بكلمة
وَلَقَدْ
walaqad
And certainly
مَكَّنَّاهُمْ
makkannahum
We had established them
فِيمَا
fima
in what
إِن
in
not
مَّكَّنَّاكُمْ
makkannakum
We have established you
فِيهِ
fihi
in it
وَجَعَلْنَا
waja'alna
and We made
لَهُمْ
lahum
for them
سَمْعًا
sam'an
hearing
وَأَبْصَارًا
wa-absaran
and vision
وَأَفْئِدَةً
wa-afidatan
and hearts
فَمَا
fama
But not
أَغْنَى
aghna
availed
عَنْهُمْ
anhum
them
سَمْعُهُمْ
sam'uhum
their hearing
وَلَا
wala
and not
أَبْصَارُهُمْ
absaruhum
their vision
وَلَا
wala
and not
أَفْئِدَتُهُم
afidatuhum
their hearts
مِّن
min
any
شَيْءٍ
shayin
thing
إِذْ
idh
when
كَانُوا
kanu
they were
يَجْحَدُونَ
yajhaduna
rejecting
بِآيَاتِ
biayati
(the) Signs
اللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
وَحَاقَ
wahaqa
and enveloped
بِهِم
bihim
them
مَّا
ma
what
كَانُوا
kanu
they used (to)
بِهِ
bihi
[at it]
يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ
yastahziuna
ridicule
