ۗ ۗ ۚ ۚ وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطًا لِّتَكُونُوا شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَيَكُونَ الرَّسُولُ عَلَيْكُمْ شَهِيدًا وَمَا جَعَلْنَا الْقِبْلَةَ الَّتِي كُنتَ عَلَيْهَا إِلَّا لِنَعْلَمَ مَن يَتَّبِعُ الرَّسُولَ مِمَّن يَنقَلِبُ عَلَى عَقِبَيْهِ وَإِن كَانَتْ لَكَبِيرَةً إِلَّا عَلَى الَّذِينَ هَدَى اللَّهُ وَمَا كَانَ اللَّهُ لِيُضِيعَ إِيمَانَكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِالنَّاسِ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ
كلمة بكلمة
ۗ
ۗ
ۚ
ۚ
وَكَذَلِكَ
wakadhalika
And thus
جَعَلْنَاكُمْ
ja'alnakum
We made you
أُمَّةً
ummatan
a community
وَسَطًا
wasatan
(of the) middle way
لِّتَكُونُوا
litakunu
so that you will be
شُهَدَاءَ
shuhadaa
witnesses
عَلَى
ala
over
النَّاسِ
al-nasi
the mankind
وَيَكُونَ
wayakuna
and will be
الرَّسُولُ
al-rasulu
the Messenger
عَلَيْكُمْ
alaykum
on you
شَهِيدًا
shahidan
a witness
وَمَا
wama
And not
جَعَلْنَا
ja'alna
We made
الْقِبْلَةَ
al-qib'lata
the direction of prayer
الَّتِي
allati
which
كُنتَ
kunta
you were used to
عَلَيْهَا
alayha
[on it]
إِلَّا
illa
except
لِنَعْلَمَ
lina'lama
that We make evident
مَن
man
(he) who
يَتَّبِعُ
yattabi'u
follows
الرَّسُولَ
al-rasula
the Messenger
مِمَّن
mimman
from (he) who
يَنقَلِبُ
yanqalibu
turns back
عَلَى
ala
on
عَقِبَيْهِ
aqibayhi
his heels
وَإِن
wa-in
And indeed
كَانَتْ
kanat
it was
لَكَبِيرَةً
lakabiratan
certainly a great (test)
إِلَّا
illa
except
عَلَى
ala
for
الَّذِينَ
alladhina
those whom
هَدَى
hada
guided
اللَّهُ
al-lahu
(by) Allah
وَمَا
wama
And not
كَانَ
kana
will
اللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
لِيُضِيعَ
liyudi'a
let go waste
إِيمَانَكُمْ
imanakum
your faith
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
اللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
بِالنَّاسِ
bil-nasi
(is) to [the] mankind
لَرَءُوفٌ
laraufun
Full of Kindness
رَّحِيمٌ
rahimun
Most Merciful
