ۚ ۖ ۖ ۗ ۚ ۖ ۖ يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ قِتَالٍ فِيهِ قُلْ قِتَالٌ فِيهِ كَبِيرٌ وَصَدٌّ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَكُفْرٌ بِهِ وَالْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَإِخْرَاجُ أَهْلِهِ مِنْهُ أَكْبَرُ عِندَ اللَّهِ وَالْفِتْنَةُ أَكْبَرُ مِنَ الْقَتْلِ وَلَا يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّى يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَن دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُوا وَمَن يَرْتَدِدْ مِنكُمْ عَن دِينِهِ فَيَمُتْ وَهُوَ كَافِرٌ فَأُولَئِكَ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَأُولَئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ

يَسْأَلُونَكَ

They ask you

الْحَرَامِ
al-harami
[the] sacred
قِتَالٍ

(concerning) fighting
فِيهِ

in it
قُلْ

Say
قِتَالٌ
qitalun
Fighting
فِيهِ
fihi
therein
كَبِيرٌ
kabirun
(is) a great (sin)
وَصَدٌّ
wasaddun
but hindering (people)
عَن
an
from
سَبِيلِ
sabili
(the) way
اللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
وَكُفْرٌ
wakuf'run
and disbelief
بِهِ
bihi
in Him
وَالْمَسْجِدِ
wal-masjidi
and (preventing access to) Al-Masjid
الْحَرَامِ
al-harami
Al-Haraam
وَإِخْرَاجُ
wa-ikh'raju
and driving out
أَهْلِهِ
ahlihi
its people
مِنْهُ
min'hu
from it
أَكْبَرُ
akbaru
(is) greater (sin)
عِندَ
inda
near
اللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
وَالْفِتْنَةُ
wal-fit'natu
And [the] oppression
أَكْبَرُ
akbaru
(is) greater
مِنَ
mina
than
الْقَتْلِ
al-qatli
[the] killing
وَلَا
wala
And not
يَزَالُونَ
yazaluna
they will cease
يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ
yuqatilunakum
(to) fight with you
حَتَّى
hatta
until
يَرُدُّوكُمْ
yaruddukum
they turn you away
عَن
an
from
دِينِكُمْ
dinikum
your religion
إِنِ
ini
if
اسْتَطَاعُوا
is'tata'u
they are able
وَمَن
waman
And whoever
يَرْتَدِدْ
yartadid
turns away
مِنكُمْ
minkum
among you
عَن
an
from
دِينِهِ
dinihi
his religion
فَيَمُتْ
fayamut
then dies
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
while he
كَافِرٌ
kafirun
(is) a disbeliever
فَأُولَئِكَ
fa-ulaika
for those
حَبِطَتْ
habitat
became worthless
أَعْمَالُهُمْ
a'maluhum
their deeds
فِي
fi
in
الدُّنْيَا
al-dun'ya
the world
وَالْآخِرَةِ
wal-akhirati
and the Hereafter
وَأُولَئِكَ
wa-ulaika
And those
أَصْحَابُ
ashabu
(are) companions
النَّارِ
al-nari
(of) the Fire
هُمْ
hum
they
فِيهَا
fiha
in it
خَالِدُونَ
khaliduna
(will) abide forever
