ۖ ۖ ۖ وَإِذِ اسْتَسْقَى مُوسَى لِقَوْمِهِ فَقُلْنَا اضْرِب بِّعَصَاكَ الْحَجَرَ فَانفَجَرَتْ مِنْهُ اثْنَتَا عَشْرَةَ عَيْنًا قَدْ عَلِمَ كُلُّ أُنَاسٍ مَّشْرَبَهُمْ كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا مِن رِّزْقِ اللَّهِ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ

وَإِذِ

asked (for) water
مُوسَى

Musa
لِقَوْمِهِ

for his people
فَقُلْنَا

[so] We said
اضْرِب

Strike
بِّعَصَاكَ
bi'asaka
with your staff
الْحَجَرَ
al-hajara
the stone
فَانفَجَرَتْ
fa-infajarat
Then gushed forth
مِنْهُ
min'hu
from it
اثْنَتَا
ith'nata
(of)
عَشْرَةَ
ashrata
twelve
عَيْنًا
aynan
springs
قَدْ
qad
Indeed
عَلِمَ
alima
knew
كُلُّ
kullu
all
أُنَاسٍ
unasin
(the) people
مَّشْرَبَهُمْ
mashrabahum
their drinking place
كُلُوا
kulu
Eat
وَاشْرَبُوا
wa-ish'rabu
and drink
مِن
min
from
رِّزْقِ
riz'qi
(the) provision (of)
اللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
وَلَا
wala
and (do) not
تَعْثَوْا
ta'thaw
act wickedly
فِي
fi
in
الْأَرْضِ
al-ardi
the earth
مُفْسِدِينَ
muf'sidina
spreading corruption
