ۚ ۚ أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الطَّيْرِ فَوْقَهُمْ صَافَّاتٍ وَيَقْبِضْنَ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا الرَّحْمَنُ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ بَصِيرٌ

holds them
إِلَّا

except
الرَّحْمَنُ
al-rahmanu
the Most Gracious
إِنَّهُ
innahu
Indeed He
بِكُلِّ
bikulli
(is) of every
شَيْءٍ
shayin
thing
بَصِيرٌ
basirun
