ۚ ۚ وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا لَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا عَبَدْنَا مِن دُونِهِ مِن شَيْءٍ نَّحْنُ وَلَا آبَاؤُنَا وَلَا حَرَّمْنَا مِن دُونِهِ مِن شَيْءٍ كَذَلِكَ فَعَلَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَهَلْ عَلَى الرُّسُلِ إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ

we (would) have worshipped

other than Him
دُونِهِ
dunihi
other than Him

شَيْءٍ
shayin
thing
نَّحْنُ
nahnu
we
وَلَا
wala
and not
آبَاؤُنَا
abauna
our forefathers
وَلَا
wala
and not
حَرَّمْنَا
harramna
we (would) have forbidden
مِن
min
other than Him
دُونِهِ
dunihi
other than Him
مِن
min
anything
شَيْءٍ
shayin
anything
كَذَلِكَ
kadhalika
Thus
فَعَلَ
fa'ala
did
الَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
مِن
min
(were) before them
قَبْلِهِمْ
qablihim
(were) before them
فَهَلْ
fahal
Then is (there)
عَلَى
ala
on
الرُّسُلِ
al-rusuli
the messengers
إِلَّا
illa
except
الْبَلَاغُ
al-balaghu
the conveyance
الْمُبِينُ
al-mubinu
