ۚ ۗ أَمْ لَهُمْ شُرَكَاءُ شَرَعُوا لَهُم مِّنَ الدِّينِ مَا لَمْ يَأْذَن بِهِ اللَّهُ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةُ الْفَصْلِ لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

ۚ
ۗ
أَمْ
am
Or
لَهُمْ
lahum
for them
شُرَكَاءُ
shurakau
(are) partners
شَرَعُوا
shara'u
who have ordained
لَهُم
lahum
for them
مِّنَ
mina
of
الدِّينِ
al-dini
the religion
مَا
ma
what
لَمْ
lam
not
يَأْذَن
yadhan
has given permission
بِهِ
bihi
of it
اللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
وَلَوْلَا
walawla
And if not
كَلِمَةُ
kalimatu
(for) a word
الْفَصْلِ
al-fasli
decisive
لَقُضِيَ
laqudiya
surely, it (would have) been judged
بَيْنَهُمْ
baynahum
between them
وَإِنَّ
wa-inna
And indeed
الظَّالِمِينَ
al-zalimina
the wrongdoers
لَهُمْ
lahum
for them
عَذَابٌ
adhabun
(is a) punishment
أَلِيمٌ
alimun
painful
