ۚ وَالَّذِي نَزَّلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَنشَرْنَا بِهِ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا كَذَلِكَ تُخْرَجُونَ

ۚ
وَالَّذِي
wa-alladhi
And the One Who
نَزَّلَ
nazzala
sends down
مِنَ
mina
from
السَّمَاءِ
al-samai
the sky
مَاءً
maan
water
بِقَدَرٍ
biqadarin
in (due) measure
فَأَنشَرْنَا
fa-ansharna
then We revive
بِهِ
bihi
with it
بَلْدَةً
baldatan
a land
مَّيْتًا
maytan
dead
كَذَلِكَ
kadhalika
thus
تُخْرَجُونَ
tukh'rajuna
you will be brought forth
