ۚ ۚ ۖ إِذْ تَمْشِي أُخْتُكَ فَتَقُولُ هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى مَن يَكْفُلُهُ فَرَجَعْنَاكَ إِلَى أُمِّكَ كَيْ تَقَرَّ عَيْنُهَا وَلَا تَحْزَنَ وَقَتَلْتَ نَفْسًا فَنَجَّيْنَاكَ مِنَ الْغَمِّ وَفَتَنَّاكَ فُتُونًا فَلَبِثْتَ سِنِينَ فِي أَهْلِ مَدْيَنَ ثُمَّ جِئْتَ عَلَى قَدَرٍ يَامُوسَى

إِذْ

your sister
فَتَقُولُ
fataqulu
and she said
هَلْ

Shall
أَدُلُّكُمْ
adullukum
I show you
عَلَى
ala
[to]
مَن
man
(one) who
يَكْفُلُهُ
yakfuluhu
will nurse and rear him?"
فَرَجَعْنَاكَ
faraja'naka
So We returned you
إِلَى
ila
to
أُمِّكَ
ummika
your mother
كَيْ
kay
that
تَقَرَّ
taqarra
may be cooled
عَيْنُهَا
aynuha
her eyes
وَلَا
wala
and not
تَحْزَنَ
tahzana
she grieves
وَقَتَلْتَ
waqatalta
And you killed
نَفْسًا
nafsan
a man
فَنَجَّيْنَاكَ
fanajjaynaka
but We saved you
مِنَ
mina
from
الْغَمِّ
al-ghami
the distress
وَفَتَنَّاكَ
wafatannaka
and We tried you
فُتُونًا
futunan
(with) a trial
فَلَبِثْتَ
falabith'ta
Then you remained
سِنِينَ
sinina
(some) years
فِي
fi
with
أَهْلِ
ahli
(the) people
مَدْيَنَ
madyana
(of) Madyan
ثُمَّ
thumma
Then
جِئْتَ
ji'ta
you came
عَلَى
ala
at
قَدَرٍ
qadarin
the decreed (time)
يَامُوسَى
yamusa
O Musa!
