Strive against the polytheists with your properties, souls, and tongues

The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) commanded striving against the disbelievers and putting forth every effort in facing them using all available means, according to their ability, so that the word of Allah be supreme. This includes: First: Spending money on making Jihad against them through buying weapons, providing for the fighters, etc. Second: Going forth with one's self and body to confront them and overcome them.

Third: Inviting them to Islam through verbal means, establishing proof against them, rebuking them, and refuting their claims.
