Authentic hadithNarrated by Bukhari & Muslim

People will be gathered on the Day of Judgment barefooted, naked, and uncircumcised

Explanation

The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) described some of what will occur on the Day of Judgment—that people will be gathered after being resurrected from their graves for the reckoning. They will be barefoot, without shoes; naked, without clothing or covering; and uncircumcised, just as they were on the day their mothers gave birth to them.

When the Mother of the Believers, ‘Ā’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her), heard this, she said in astonishment: O Messenger of Allah, men and women together, looking at each other?! The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) explained to her that the situation of the standing (before Allah) and the gathering after resurrection will be filled with such terrifying events that people will be far too preoccupied to even notice the nakedness of others.
