Here are the recommended supplications:

1. When waking up
> الحَمْـدُ لِلّهِ الّذي أَحْـيانا بَعْـدَ ما أَماتَـنا وَإليه النُّـشور
> *Alhamdulillahilladhî aḥyânâ ba'da mâ amâtanâ wa ilâyhi nnushûr*
