Surah Al-Ahzab 33:27 — translation and meaning
الأحزاب · Verse 27 / 73 · Page 421
ۚ وَأَوْرَثَكُمْ أَرْضَهُمْ وَدِيَارَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ وَأَرْضًا لَّمْ تَطَئُوهَا وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرًا
Word by Word
Transliteration
Wa awrasakum ardahum wa diyaarahum wa amwaalahum wa ardal lam tata'oohaa; wa kaanal laahu 'alaa kulli shai'in Qadeeraa
Translation
And He caused you to inherit their land and their homes and their properties and a land which you have not trodden. And ever is Allah, over all things, competent.
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
And Allah made you owners of their land, along with the crops and date trees they contained, after destroying them, and He made you owners of their homes and other wealth, and He made you owners of the land of Khaybar which you have not yet trodden, but you will soon tread on it. This is a promise and good news for the believers. And Allah is Powerful over everything; Nothing is outside His ability.
