Surah Al-Baqara 2:39 — translation and meaning

ۖ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا أُولَئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ

وَالَّذِينَ
wa-alladhina
And those
كَفَرُوا
kafaru
who disbelieve[d]
وَكَذَّبُوا
wakadhabu
and deny
بِآيَاتِنَا
biayatina
Our Signs
أُولَئِكَ
ulaika
those
أَصْحَابُ
ashabu
(are the) companions
النَّارِ
al-nari
(of) the Fire
هُمْ
hum
they
فِيهَا
fiha
in it
خَالِدُونَ
khaliduna
(will) abide forever

Transliteration

Wallazeena kafaroo wa kaz zabooo bi aayaatinaa ulaaa'ika Ashaabun Naari hum feehaa khaalidoon

Translation

And those who disbelieve and deny Our signs - those will be companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally."

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

As for those who disbelieve and deny His signs, they are the people of the fire of Hell, who will live there eternally.
