وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَمَا هُم بِمُؤْمِنِينَ

bimu'minina
(are) believers (at all)

Transliteration

Wa minan naasi mai yaqoolu aamannaa billaahi wa bil yawmil aakhiri wa maa hum bimu'mineen

Translation

And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allah and the Last Day," but they are not believers.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

Among people are some who claim to have faith in Allah, when they actually do not believe.
