Transliteration

Huwal lazeee arsala Rasoolahoo bilhudaa wa deenil haqqi liyuzhirahoo 'alad deeni kullih; wa kafaa billaahi Shaheeda

Translation

It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion. And sufficient is Allah as Witness.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

Allah is the one who sent His Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him) with a clear message and a true religion: the religion of Islam, so that He may make it prevail over all its opposing religions. Allah has testified to that, and He is sufficient as a witness.
