وَكَذَلِكَ أَنزَلْنَاهُ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَن يُرِيدُ

Transliteration

Wa kazaalika anzalnaahu aayaatim baiyinaatinw wa annal laaha yahdee mai yureed

Translation

And thus have We sent the Qur'an down as verses of clear evidence and because Allah guides whom He intends.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

Just as I explained the clear proofs for resurrection, I revealed the Qur’ān to Muhammad (peace be upon him) as clear verses, and Allah enables whomever He wishes through His grace to the path of guidance and righteousness.
