وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَى طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ

Transliteration
Wa la ya huddu 'alaa ta'amil miskeen
Translation
And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.

He does not encourage himself nor others in feeding the poor.
