وَالصُّبْحِ إِذَا أَسْفَرَ

And the morning
إِذَا

أَسْفَرَ

Transliteration
Wassub hi izaaa asfar
Translation
And [by] the morning when it brightens,

He took an oath by the morning when it lights up.
