وَالنَّاشِرَاتِ نَشْرًا

And the ones that scatter
نَشْرًا

far and wide
Transliteration
Wannaashiraati nashraa
Translation
And [by] the winds that spread [clouds]
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
And also on the winds that disperse the rain.
