فَالْمُلْقِيَاتِ ذِكْرًا

fal-mul'qiyati
And those who bring down
ذِكْرًا
dhik'ran

Transliteration
Falmulqiyaati zikra
Translation
And those [angels] who deliver a message
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
And He also takes an oath on the angels who descend bringing revelation.
