وَإِذَا السَّمَاءُ فُرِجَتْ

وَإِذَا
wa-idha
And when
السَّمَاءُ
al-samau
the heaven
فُرِجَتْ
furijat
is cleft asunder
Transliteration
Wa izas samaaa'u furijat
Translation
And when the heaven is opened
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
The sky will suddenly crack because of the angels descending from it.
