Surah Al-Mutaffifin 83:26 — translation and meaning

ۚ خِتَامُهُ مِسْكٌ وَفِي ذَلِكَ فَلْيَتَنَافَسِ الْمُتَنَافِسُونَ

ذَلِكَ
dhalika

فَلْيَتَنَافَسِ
falyatanafasi
let aspire
الْمُتَنَافِسُونَ
al-mutanafisuna
the aspirers
Transliteration
Khitaamuhoo misk; wa fee zaalika falyatanaafasil Mutanaafisoon
Translation
The last of it is musk. So for this let the competitors compete.
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
It will give off the fragrance of musk until its very end. For this noble reward the competitors must compete, by doing what pleases Allah and leaving what angers Him.
