Surah Al-Qasas 28:34 — translation and meaning
القصص · Verse 34 / 88 · Page 389
ۖ وَأَخِي هَارُونُ هُوَ أَفْصَحُ مِنِّي لِسَانًا فَأَرْسِلْهُ مَعِيَ رِدْءًا يُصَدِّقُنِي إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَن يُكَذِّبُونِ

they will deny me
Transliteration
Wa akhee Haaroonu huwa afsahu minnee lisaanan fa arsilhu ma'iya rid ai yusaddiquneee innee akhaafu ai yukazziboon
Translation
And my brother Aaron is more fluent than me in tongue, so send him with me as support, verifying me. Indeed, I fear that they will deny me."
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
And my brother Aaron speaks with more clarity than I do, so send him with me as my aide. I fear Pharaoh and his people will reject me, just as it is common for nations passed to reject the Messengers that were sent to them.
