ۚ ۚ وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

And to Allah (belongs)

al-samawati
the heavens

the earth
يَغْفِرُ
yaghfiru
He forgives
لِمَن
liman
[for] whom
يَشَاءُ
yashau
He wills
وَيُعَذِّبُ
wayu'adhibu
and punishes
مَن
man
whom
يَشَاءُ
yashau
He wills
وَاللَّهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
غَفُورٌ
ghafurun
(is) Oft-Forgiving
رَّحِيمٌ
rahimun
