Surah An-Naml 27:67 — translation and meaning

وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَإِذَا كُنَّا تُرَابًا وَآبَاؤُنَا أَئِنَّا لَمُخْرَجُونَ

surely be brought out

Transliteration

Wa qaalal lazeena kafarooo 'a-izaa kunnaa turaabanw wa aabaaa'unaaa a'innaa lamukhrajoon

Translation

And those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust as well as our forefathers, will we indeed be brought out [of the graves]?

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

Those who disbelieved said denyingly: “When we die and become dust, is it possible we will be raised alive?
