فَكَذَّبَ وَعَصَى

But he denied
وَعَصَى
wa'asa
and disobeyed
Transliteration
Fa kazzaba wa asaa.
Translation
But Pharaoh denied and disobeyed.
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
Pharaoh did not do anything except reject these signs, and disobeyed the instruction Moses (peace be upon him) gave to him.
