رَبُّ الْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ الْمَغْرِبَيْنِ

Translation
[He is] Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets.

Lord of the sun’s two points of rising and its two points of setting in winter and summer.
