أَمَدَّكُم بِأَنْعَامٍ وَبَنِينَ

He has aided you
بِأَنْعَامٍ

with cattle
وَبَنِينَ

and children
Transliteration
Amaddakum bi an'aa minw wa baneen
Translation
Provided you with grazing livestock and children

“He granted you many bounties, and granted you offspring.”
