ۖ قَالَ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ

Transliteration

Qaala Rabbus samaawaati wal ardi wa maa bainahumaa in kuntum mooqineen

Translation

[Moses] said, "The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced."

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

Moses said in response to Pharaoh: The Lord of all created things is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and the Lord of whatever is between them. If you are certain that He is your Lord then worship Him alone.
