فَأَلْقَى مُوسَى عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ

Transliteration

Fa alqaa Moosaa 'asaahu fa izaa hiya talqafu maa yaafikoon

Translation

Then Moses threw his staff, and at once it devoured what they falsified.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

So Moses threw his staff and it turned into a snake, nullifying whatever magic they were casting over the people.
