وَمَا هُوَ بِالْهَزْلِ

بِالْهَزْلِ
bil-hazli
(is) for amusement
Transliteration
Wa maa huwa bil hazl
Translation
And it is not amusement.
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
It is not a game and falsehood, but it is serious and the truth.
