Surah Az-Zukhruf 43:30 — translation and meaning

وَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمُ الْحَقُّ قَالُوا هَذَا سِحْرٌ وَإِنَّا بِهِ كَافِرُونَ

Transliteration

Wa lammaa jaaa'ahumul haqqu qaaloo haazaa sihrunw wa innaa bihee kaafiroon

Translation

But when the truth came to them, they said, "This is magic, and indeed we are, concerning it, disbelievers."

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

And when this Qur’ān came to them, which was the undoubted truth, they said, “This is sorcery which Muhammad intends to bewitch us with. We definitely reject it and will never believe in it.”
