Fa inis-takbaroo fallazee na 'inda Rabbika yusabbihoona lahoo billaili wannnahaari wa hum laa yas'amoon

Translation

But if they are arrogant - then those who are near your Lord exalt Him by night and by day, and they do not become weary.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

So if they show arrogance, turning away, not prostating to Allah the Creator, the angels that are with Allah glorify and praise Him (may He be glorified) throughout the day and night anyway, and they do not become bored of worshipping Him.
