ۚ فَأَكَلَا مِنْهَا فَبَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْآتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ وَعَصَى آدَمُ رَبَّهُ فَغَوَى

Then they both ate

فَبَدَتْ

so became apparent
لَهُمَا
lahuma
to them
سَوْآتُهُمَا

وَطَفِقَا
watafiqa
and they began
يَخْصِفَانِ
yakhsifani
(to) fasten
عَلَيْهِمَا
alayhima
on themselves
مِن

وَرَقِ
waraqi
(the) leaves
الْجَنَّةِ
al-janati
(of) Paradise
وَعَصَى
wa'asa
And Adam disobeyed
آدَمُ
adamu
And Adam disobeyed
رَبَّهُ
rabbahu
his Lord
فَغَوَى
faghawa
and erred
