Surah Ya-Sin 36:83 — translation and meaning

فَسُبْحَانَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ

فَسُبْحَانَ

is (the) dominion
كُلِّ

things
وَإِلَيْهِ
wa-ilayhi
and to Him
تُرْجَعُونَ
tur'ja'una
you will be returned

Transliteration

Fa Subhaanal lazee biyadihee malakootu kulli shai-inw-wa ilaihi turja'oon

Translation

So exalted is He in whose hand is the realm of all things, and to Him you will be returned.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

So Allah is glorified and free of the incapability the idolators ascribe to Him. He is the one to whom belongs total authority over everything and He does as He wishes with it; the keys to everything are in His Hands and you shall all return to Him in the Hereafter, where He will requite you over your deeds.
