ۖ ۖ قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ مَالِكَ الْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِي الْمُلْكَ مَن تَشَاءُ وَتَنزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّن تَشَاءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَن تَشَاءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَن تَشَاءُ بِيَدِكَ الْخَيْرُ إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

اللَّهُمَّ

O Allah!
مَالِكَ

Owner
الْمُلْكِ
al-mul'ki
(of) the Dominion
تُؤْتِي
tu'ti
You give
الْمُلْكَ
al-mul'ka
the dominion
مَن
man
(to) whom
تَشَاءُ
tashau
You will
وَتَنزِعُ
watanzi'u
and You take away
الْمُلْكَ
al-mul'ka
the dominion
مِمَّن
mimman
from whom
تَشَاءُ
tashau
You will
وَتُعِزُّ
watu'izzu
and You honor
مَن
man
whom
تَشَاءُ
tashau
You will
وَتُذِلُّ
watudhillu
and You humiliate
مَن
man
whom
تَشَاءُ
tashau
You will
بِيَدِكَ
biyadika
In Your hand
الْخَيْرُ
al-khayru
(is all) the good
إِنَّكَ
innaka
Indeed You
عَلَى
ala
(are) on
كُلِّ
kulli
every
شَيْءٍ
shayin
thing
قَدِيرٌ
qadirun
