الأنعام · Verse 139 / 165 · Page 146
ۚ ۚ ۖ وَقَالُوا مَا فِي بُطُونِ هَذِهِ الْأَنْعَامِ خَالِصَةٌ لِّذُكُورِنَا وَمُحَرَّمٌ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِنَا وَإِن يَكُن مَّيْتَةً فَهُمْ فِيهِ شُرَكَاءُ سَيَجْزِيهِمْ وَصْفَهُمْ إِنَّهُ حَكِيمٌ عَلِيمٌ

وَقَالُوا

And they say
مَا
ma
What
فِي
fi
(is) in
بُطُونِ
butuni
(the) wombs
هَذِهِ
hadhihi
(of) these
الْأَنْعَامِ
al-an'ami
cattle
خَالِصَةٌ
khalisatun
(is) exclusively
لِّذُكُورِنَا
lidhukurina
for our males
وَمُحَرَّمٌ
wamuharramun
and forbidden
عَلَى
ala
on
أَزْوَاجِنَا
azwajina
our spouses
وَإِن
wa-in
But if
يَكُن
yakun
is
مَّيْتَةً
maytatan
(born) dead
فَهُمْ
fahum
then they (all)
فِيهِ
fihi
in it
شُرَكَاءُ
shurakau
(are) partners
سَيَجْزِيهِمْ
sayajzihim
He will recompense them
وَصْفَهُمْ
wasfahum
(for) their attribution
إِنَّهُ
innahu
Indeed, He
حَكِيمٌ
hakimun
(is) All-Wise
عَلِيمٌ
alimun
