وَاذْكُرُوا إِذْ أَنتُمْ قَلِيلٌ مُّسْتَضْعَفُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ تَخَافُونَ أَن يَتَخَطَّفَكُمُ النَّاسُ فَآوَاكُمْ وَأَيَّدَكُم بِنَصْرِهِ وَرَزَقَكُم مِّنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ
Word by Word
وَاذْكُرُوا
wa-udh'kuru
And remember
إِذْ
idh
when
أَنتُمْ
antum
you
قَلِيلٌ
qalilun
(were) few
مُّسْتَضْعَفُونَ
mus'tad'afuna
(and) deemed weak
فِي
fi
in
الْأَرْضِ
al-ardi
the earth
تَخَافُونَ
takhafuna
fearing
أَن
an
that
يَتَخَطَّفَكُمُ
yatakhattafakumu
might do away with you
النَّاسُ
al-nasu
the men
فَآوَاكُمْ
faawakum
then He sheltered you
وَأَيَّدَكُم
wa-ayyadakum
and strengthened you
بِنَصْرِهِ
binasrihi
with His help
وَرَزَقَكُم
warazaqakum
and provided you
مِّنَ
mina
of
الطَّيِّبَاتِ
al-tayibati
the good things
لَعَلَّكُمْ
la'allakum
so that you may
تَشْكُرُونَ
tashkuruna
