ۗ ۖ وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكَ لَيَبْعَثَنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ مَن يَسُومُهُمْ سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَسَرِيعُ الْعِقَابِ وَإِنَّهُ لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

ۖ
وَإِذْ
wa-idh
And when
تَأَذَّنَ
ta-adhana
declared
رَبُّكَ
rabbuka
your Lord
لَيَبْعَثَنَّ
layab'athanna
that He would surely send
عَلَيْهِمْ
alayhim
upon them
إِلَى
ila
till
يَوْمِ
yawmi
(the) Day
الْقِيَامَةِ
al-qiyamati
(of) the Resurrection
مَن
man
(those) who
يَسُومُهُمْ
yasumuhum
would afflict them
سُوءَ
sua
(with) a grievous
الْعَذَابِ
al-'adhabi
[the] punishment
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
your Lord
لَسَرِيعُ
lasari'u
(is) surely swift
الْعِقَابِ
al-'iqabi
(in) the retribution
وَإِنَّهُ
wa-innahu
but indeed He
لَغَفُورٌ
laghafurun
(is) surely Oft-Forgiving
رَّحِيمٌ
rahimun
