إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

Transliteration
Innal lazeena kafaroo sawaaa'un 'alaihim 'a-anzar tahum am lam tunzirhum laa yu'minoon
Translation
Indeed, those who disbelieve - it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
Those who reject what Allah revealed to His Messenger continue on the wrong path in their stubbornness. So, it makes no difference whether you warn them or not.
