ۚ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ الرَّحْمَنُ فَاسْأَلْ بِهِ خَبِيرًا

the Most Gracious
فَاسْأَلْ
fasal
so ask
بِهِ
bihi
Him
خَبِيرًا
khabiran
(as He is) All-Aware
