ۚ هُوَ الَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ عَلَى عَبْدِهِ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ لِّيُخْرِجَكُم مِّنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

And indeed
اللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
بِكُمْ
bikum
to you
لَرَءُوفٌ
laraufun
(is the) Most Kind
رَّحِيمٌ
rahimun
