Surah Al-Hajj 22:58 — translation and meaning

ۚ وَالَّذِينَ هَاجَرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ قُتِلُوا أَوْ مَاتُوا لَيَرْزُقَنَّهُمُ اللَّهُ رِزْقًا حَسَنًا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ

الرَّازِقِينَ

(of) the Providers

Transliteration

Wallazeena haajaroo fee sabeelil laahi summa qutilooo law maatoo la yarzuqan nahumul laahu rizqan hasanaa; wa innal laaha la Huwa khairur raaziqeen

Translation

And those who emigrated for the cause of Allah and then were killed or died - Allah will surely provide for them a good provision. And indeed, it is Allah who is the best of providers.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

As for those who left their houses and homelands in honour of Allah’s religion and seeking His pleasure, and were killed whilst striving in His path or died, Allah shall grant them an everlasting sustenance in paradise. Indeed, Allah is the best of sustainers.
