Nabbi' 'ibaadeee annneee anal Ghafoorur Raheem
Translation
[O Muhammad], inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving, the Merciful.
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
O Messenger, inform My servants that I am the Forgiving towards whomever of them repents, and I am Merciful to them.
