ۚ لِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا فِيهِنَّ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

Transliteration

Lillaahi mulkus samaawaati wal ardi wa maa feehinn; wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shain'in Qadeer

Translation

To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is within them. And He is over all things competent.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

Allah alone controls the heavens and the earth, and everything within them. He is their Creator and the One Who handles their affairs. He has power over everything and nothing can overpower Him.
