وَقِيلَ مَنْ رَاقٍ

And it is said

Transliteration
Wa qeela man raaq
Translation
And it is said, "Who will cure [him]?"
Verse interpretation (Tafsir)
And people say to one another: Who can heal this person, perhaps he can be cured?!
