وَتَضْحَكُونَ وَلَا تَبْكُونَ

And you laugh
وَلَا
wala
and (do) not
تَبْكُونَ

weep
Transliteration
Wa tadhakoona wa laa tabkoon
Translation
And you laugh and do not weep

And laugh mockingly at it and not cry when hearing its admonitions?
