وَإِنَّكَ لَتُلَقَّى الْقُرْآنَ مِن لَّدُنْ حَكِيمٍ عَلِيمٍ

Transliteration

Wa innaka latulaqqal Qur-aana mil ladun Hakeemin 'Aleem

Translation

And indeed, [O Muhammad], you receive the Qur'an from one Wise and Knowing.

Verse interpretation (Tafsir)

O Messenger, you are receiving this Qur’ān which is being revealed to you from one who is Wise in His creating, managing and legislating, and Knowing, with nothing of the interests of His servants being hidden from Him.
